Note to UMIS/IBIS customers. If you encounter a problem with the software, then you can download the last build of the IBI2.exe
file using the link below. Do not uninstall the software. Unzip the downloaded IBIS2.zip file using the link below and extract
IBIS2.exe to a convenient location. Replace the existing IBIS2.exe file in your installation directory (\programfiles\ibis2\ibis2.exe)
with the updated exe file you just downloaded. Restart the program. It may be necessary to re-activate the hardware interface.
Select Setup, Check the Hardware Insalled checkbox if it has become unchecked. Press Save. The software should attempt to
reconnect to your interface cards and the instrument will work normally. If you have uninsalled the program, then it will be
necessary to reinstall from the original disc, and then update the calibration files to suit yoru instrument. Please seek advice if
this step is needed.
Note. Your browser may block this download because the zip file
contains an exe file. Please proceed with the download. The exe file is
the last build of the IBIS2 executable file. It contains no malware.
